本次四级考试翻译部分、难度较适中，在新东方的四级课程中、很多都是课堂上常常演练的。下面我们来具体分析试卷中的题型。

中国父母往往过于关注孩子的学习，以至于不要他们帮忙做家务。他们对孩子的首要要求就是努力学习。考得好，能上名牌大学。他们相信这是为孩子好。因为在中国这样竞争激烈地社会里。只有成绩好才能保证前途光明。中国父母还认为，如果孩子能在社会上取得大的成就，父母就会受到尊重。因此，他们愿意牺牲自己的时间、爱好和兴趣，为孩子提供更好的条件。

Chinese parents always pay too much attention to theperformance of study of their children so that those kids have no chance tohelp their parents take care of household matters. the primary requirement oftheir kids is that they must study hard, get the highest score and be admittedto a renowned college. they believe that it is good for kids and that in China,such a competitive society, only a brilliant score can ensure a promisingfuture. they also believe that they will be respected if their kids are ofgreat success in society. they will try, therefore, so hard to provide theirkids favorable conditions at the expense of their own time,hobby and interest.

整体难度不大，全部在短句练习中即可找到模仿句式。

解决：他们愿意牺牲自己的时间，爱好和兴趣

当然，也可以在“学问”那篇练习中找到模仿

学问是自己的事，不能依靠别人。环境好，图书设备充足，有良师益友指导启发，当然有很大的帮助，但是这些条件具备，也不一定能保证一个在学问上就有成就。世间也有不少在学问上有成就的人，并不具备这些条件。最重要的因素，还是个人自己的努力。求学是一件艰苦的事儿，许多人不能忍受那必经的艰苦，所以不能得到成功。

今年在长沙举行了一年一度的外国人汉语演讲比赛。这项比赛证明是促进中国和世界其他地区文化交流的好方法。它为世界各地的年轻人提供了更好地了解中国的机会。来自87个国家共计126位选手聚集在湖南省省会参加了从7月6号到8月5日进行的半决赛和决赛。比赛并不是唯一的活动，选手们还有机会参观了中国其他地区的著名景点和历史名胜。

the annual Chinese-speaking competition for foreigncompetitors has been held in this year. it has been proved a good way topromote the cultural communication between China and other areas inthe world. this competition provided young people ofdifferent countries opportunities to know China better. the total 126competitors from 87 countries gathered in the capital of Hunan provinceand participated the semifinals and finals from July 6 to August 5. competitorsnot only participated the contest but also had the opportunity to visit manyrenowned and historic spots in China.

其他部分句式，去年四级的一篇关于旅游的真题中的句型就可以模仿。

云南省的丽江古镇是中国著名的旅游目的地之一，那里的生活节奏比大多数中国城市都要缓慢。丽江到处是美丽的自然风光，众多的少数民族同胞提供了各式各样、丰富多彩的文化让游客体验。历史上，丽江还以“爱之城”而闻名。当地人中流传着许多关于因爱而生、为爱而死的故事。至今，在中外游客眼中，这个古镇被视为爱情和浪漫的天堂。

the old town of Lijiang in Yunan province is one of thoserenowned spots in China. the life in Lijiang is more relaxing than other citiesin China. Lijiang is full of beauty and natural scenery. Visitorscan experience kinds of colorful cultures provided by those minorities inLijiang. Lijiang was famous as "the Town of Love” and gave birth tomany stories of love between men and women or people who struggled for love.Today, to people form both China and other countries, this old town hasbeen seen as the heaven of love and romance.

无数少女和风骚男子痴迷的城市，当然也有驴友纯粹看风光的城市，除“少数民族-minority”稍难些，其他部分难度一般。

总结几点经验，未来备考四六级的同学要注意以下几点：

1 重视往年真题

2 积累翻译思路，背诵句子的目的是模仿句型

3 积累生活词汇，范围要广，别做脑残，盲目搜集所谓“高频词汇” 。
