　　Personally, I do believe the best option is the second measure--spending more time talking with children.

　　理由一 Reason 1

　　一方面，这是三者中最有效的方式。花更多时间和孩子聊天，可以了解孩子内心的想法，增进感情。父母也可以通过言传身教来帮助孩子纠正错误行为。

　　On the one hand, it is the most effective measure among the three. Spending more time talking with children enables parents to understand their children's inner thoughts and have stronger communication. What's more, parents can help their children correct their wrong behaviors through their own actions as much as their words.

　　另一方面，和其它两个相比，它非常容易操作。只要大家有时间，家长可以随时随地和孩子聊天，不用考虑其他因素。

　　限制孩子所看的电视节目和电影类型这种方式操作简单，但是效果不佳;在孩子和朋友一起玩时监督他们这种方式在短时间内有一定效果，但费时费力。所以花更多时间和孩子聊天才是最佳选择。

　　The way of limiting the types of the television programs and movies children watch is easy to do but its effect is questionable; it works somewhat at a short period of time to supervise and monitor children while they are playing with their friends, yet it is too time- and energy-consuming. Therefore, the best choice is to spend more time talking with children.
