Thesis 总论点	The reading points out three reasons to explain the reduction of the primary care doctors.	Refute the three explanations mentioned in reading passage.
Sub-point 1 分论点1	Students majoring in primary care can hardly pay off the loans and they are often low paid when they become primary care doctors.	A national program can help to compensate their loan. According to the policy, after their graduation, students are required to the remote area to practice. And such experiences can be used to cover loans. What’s more, by doing so, some students are lucky to gain scholarship.
Sub-point2 分论点2	Primary care doctors tend to suffer from high stress and heavy workload.	The government will cultivate advanced degree nurses who are able to share some of the workload of the primary care doctors, such as the jobs related to prescription medications and caring.
Sub-point 3 分论点3	Opportunities to get training are not even.	Uneven assigning the recourses results in uneven distribution of opportunities to get trained. And the government has realized this problem and will take actions to reassign the resources every three years among different hospitals.

利弊类的题目解题的方式是做利弊分析。学生根据自己的个性选择阅读的题材，和老师安排阅读的任务，到底哪个更为重要呢？

如果倾向于学生自己安排阅读的内容，可以说说这样可以激发学生的阅读兴趣，学生能够吸收得更好，对于学生未来得发展也更好;

如果选择老师来安排阅读的任务，可以说的理由如：为课程内容服务，老师可以把控阅读的内容，避免学生看一些poorly written, intellectually undemanding的素材，同时有些素材可能对于学生的心智发展不利的。

Reason 1: 激发学生阅读的欲望。（stimulate their reading interests）

其实无论是老师布置阅读任务还是让学生们自由选择阅读的内容，都是出于一个目的，就是培养孩子们阅读的习惯，让他们能够多读书。所以就这个目的而言，让学生们自由选择效果会更好。因为有时老师布置的阅读内容未必是学生感兴趣的，这样完成的效果也不会很好，也就激发不了学生的阅读欲望了。

Reason2.挖掘学生的兴趣爱好，让学生更了解自己，为未来的职业奠定基础。

有一句话叫做you are what you read.也就是说一个人阅读的内容可以体现出她的兴趣爱好，她的价值观等。让学生自己选择阅读的内容，可以让学生更好的了解自己，为未来的发展做好准备。例如一个小男孩他从小就喜欢科幻类的题材，那么在选择阅读内容时，也会选择这类题材，慢慢地他可以成为这块领域的expert, 在未来发展时也会更加目标明确。

Reason3让步段。老师适当地布置reading assignment是重要且必要的，因为有些专业书籍如果老师不指定，可能学生就不会去阅读。但是总的来说，学生自由阅读也非常重要，甚至于更重要。例如当我回忆以前学过的知识点时，可能老师让我阅读的那些内容我差不多都忘了，但是自己感兴趣买来的小说、杂志里边的内容还依然记着。
